Irdial~Discs artists are free to do what they want,
once they are “through the door”.
We act as a clear carrier for artists of the greatest
talent and imagination. There are surprisingly few people
who have the skill to listen to the work that they produce,
and correctly position it in the context of what is
going on around them. These are the true artists.
Inevitably these artists break out from the stream
of mediocre music that other labels rush to release,
and find their own place and sound that is unique to
them. This is the minimum standard that we require.
